Pho Stock
We use over 100 lbs of beef and beef bones to make the broth for our Pho noodles. We cook and simmer the meat and bones for 6 hours.

Cooked Pho Stock
This is the final product. We add a blend of spices and root vegetables during the cooking process and then skim off all the fat before serving it.
